Efua NyansaRunning mad means you are breaking through the outward composure you have worked so hard to maintain. This dream shows a moment where the walls of your self-control have become too narrow for the life moving within you.
When the spirit moves without the guidance of the mind, the order of the household is shaken. We have seen that those who suddenly cast off their stillness often find themselves stumbling into truths they were not prepared to face. It is hard for the ones who look to you for calm to find you so unmoored, child, and this sudden change can be a heavy thing to witness. Yet, there is a strength in this breaking that allows the truth to reach the surface. The peace of your kin is found in your honesty. May your feet find firm ground even when the path is new.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
