Efua NyansaGoing crazy happens when the weight of what is carried becomes more than a person can hold. This dream shows that the spirit is reaching its limit under a strain that has no visible end.
When people find themselves in this state, it is often because they have tried to keep the peace or hold the household together while their own foundations are crumbling. We see that those who do not find a way to rest eventually break, and this breaking is the mind’s way of saying it can no longer carry the burden alone. The strain is a heavy thing, and it sits upon the shoulders of those who have forgotten how to ask for help.
There is a risk that this breaking leads to a loss of the self that cannot be easily gathered back. Even so, the strength of your people is a well that remains for you. May you find a chair among your own and let the heavy things fall from your hands.
A dream of running mad shows that the restraint you have held so tightly is finally slipping away. This sudden loss of control comes because the energy used to keep up appearances has been spent, leaving you to stumble forward without a guide.
Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
