Efua NyansaRunning away from a monster means that a force of great dread is pressing against the boundaries of your life. This dream shows how a person reacts when they feel their vital safety is under a sudden and heavy attack.
When we turn our backs on a threat, we often find that the shadows of our own fear grow longer. This way of moving through the world, where one seeks only to put distance between themselves and a terror, can lead to a wearying isolation from the people who would stand with you. We have seen that those who live in such a flight often find themselves cornered by the very things they try to outrun. It is a heavy weight to carry, child, for the heart cannot find rest while it is always looking behind.
The strength of your household is found in the courage to stand together against what is unknown. May you find the ground that allows you to turn and face the wind with your kin at your side.
When you are hiding from a monster, the terror becomes a weight that holds you motionless in the shadows. It shows a state where the dread is kept at bay only by staying unseen, which keeps the dread contained but never truly resolved.
Being hunted by a monster or escaping a monster both point to a life where a violent pressure is actively driving at your peace. These dreams show that the threat is not a stationary thing, but a pursuit that demands every bit of your strength to stay ahead of it.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
