Efua NyansaMonsters appear in a dream to show how a weight of dread has grown too heavy for one person to carry alone. When such a force enters the mind, it often signals a threat that feels larger than the strength of your own house or the help of your kin.
We have seen that when people try to face these shadows without understanding their shape, they find themselves caught in a cycle of fear that pulls them away from the warmth of the hearth. This dream comes because a trouble has grown too large to ignore, and it sits upon your heart like a heavy stone in the middle of a path. Such a presence can make you feel that your own boundaries are being broken. It is a sign that a pressure is pressing against your peace, demanding that you look at what has been left unaddressed.
There is a way for the household to find its footing again when the source of the shadow is named. The strength of your people is the light that makes such darkness retreat. May you find the courage to stand among those who love you.
The terror of running away from a monster shows a spirit that is trying to outpace a fear that has no end. You find that no matter how fast you move, the dread follows, because the dream is telling you that you cannot flee from what is already inside your own circle of life.
When you are fighting a monster, you have stopped the flight and have finally turned to meet the shadow. This struggle means you are finally attempting to meet the source of your anxiety, and in this confrontation, you find the ability to hold your ground against what once seemed invincible.
The sense of being eaten by a monster is a heavy sign of a person losing themselves to a burden that is too great. It reveals a state where your own identity is being consumed by a worry so large that it leaves no room for your own voice or your place among your people.
A dragon brings a different weight to the dream, moving the threat from the shadows into the light of public life. This symbol means that the struggle you face is not a private matter, but one that carries a great influence over how you are seen by the world and your community.
A goblin brings a smaller, sharper kind of trouble to the dream. These dreams speak of petty harms and the little ways that people or circumstances work to unsettle your peace, rather than a single great blow.
To find yourself turning into a monster is a sign that the very thing you fear has begun to change your own heart. This dream shows how a long-held anger or a hidden bitterness can take hold of you, child, until you no longer recognize the person you have become.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
