Efua NyansaKilling moths names a way of turning against the very things that draw you in. When you strike at what attracts your gaze, you are often striking at a part of your own hunger that cannot be satisfied. We have seen that those who try to destroy their own desires through force only end up breaking the spirit of the house.
This dream shows a movement toward a ruin that you have invited upon yourself. By attempting to end a pull that is too strong, you risk losing the grace that allows you to live among your people. You, child, are acting against a natural heat that has become a danger to your peace. A hearth where the fire is fought is a hearth that eventually goes cold. May the lamp in your hand stay bright enough to guide your feet without singeing your skin.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
