Efua NyansaSleeping on the floor means you are yielding to the very foundation of your life. This dream shows a movement toward the roots of your household, where the ground beneath your feet holds the weight of all who came before you.
When you find yourself in this dream, you are placing your trust in the stability of your belonging. It is a way of being that settles the spirit by accepting the base upon which the family stands. We see that those who lower themselves to this level find a way to rest within the order of their own lives. You find your footing by letting your weight press into the same earth that holds the house. A heavy fatigue can sometimes pull you down, making the rest feel like a weight you cannot lift. Even so, the peace of the house remains certain for you and for those you love. May your rest be as deep as the earth itself.
A person sitting or lying on the floor changes the way you meet the ground. If you are sitting, you hold yourself with a strength that does not waver, as if you have finally claimed your spot among your people. If you are lying, you are letting the earth heal what is tired by touching the very source of your stability. In either case, child, you are learning to inhabit your place with more certainty.
The dream of sleeping on the floor shows you have found a way to let your spirit mend. You pull away from the noise of the day to let the silence of the house settle your bones.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
