Efua NyansaRodents appear in a dream to show how small, hidden hungers can pull at the strength of a household. When people allow a spirit of petty greed or small, selfish thefts to live among them, they find that the foundation of their shared life is being eaten away in silence. This way of living, where one looks only to what can be taken for oneself, eventually leaves the common storehouse hollow.
The damage done by such small things is often felt only after the loss has become heavy. You may see the cracks in the walls of your relationships before you see the empty grain in the jars, child, because the heart is always the first place where the theft occurs. Such a dream is not a good sign for the peace of the home. May your hands always be open to the needs of those who sit at your table.
Seeing dead rodents means that the time for these small, hidden grievances has passed. The end of the nuisance is what this dream brings, as the things that were eating at your peace have finally lost their life.
A squirrel in a dream shifts the focus toward the way you prepare for the lean seasons. This symbol shows that the impulse to hoard what is meant for everyone is what causes the underlying trouble.
When you see a capybara, the dream shows a way of being that keeps the household whole. This presence brings a peacefulness to those around you, and such companionship holds back the greed that would otherwise enter the house.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
