Efua NyansaRemoving nail polish means you are stripping away the layers of how you wish the world to see you. This dream shows a turning away from the masks of display that people use to cover their true selves. When we spend our strength tending to the surface, we often lose the sight of the hands that do the actual work. We have seen that those who dwell too long on the brightness of the shell find their connections to the household becoming thin and hollow.
This shedding of the artificial reveals the skin beneath, and it is in this nakedness that you find your way back to the people who know your real name. You are moving toward a time where your worth is found in your substance rather than your shine. What is left behind after the scrubbing is real, and it does not fear the bareness. The truth of who you are stays when the brightness fades, child, and this honesty settles well in the hearts of your kin. May your hands find purpose in the honest work that follows.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
