Efua NyansaPlaying cards in a dream reveals the way you move through the risks and hidden hands of your life. When you take part in such a game, you are testing how much you trust the unseen forces that guide the hands of your kin and neighbors. We have seen that those who act without knowing what others hold often find themselves caught in a web of their own making.
The uncertainty of the game is where your true character shows, as you decide how much to lean on chance and how much to lean on what you can see. This dream marks a season where the paths of those around you are not yet clear, and the outcomes of your shared labors depend on moves that have not yet been made. A shadow of instability sits over the house when the stakes are high and the players are many. The strength of your household remains in its ability to face these shifting winds together. May you and your people find the footing you need when the deck is turned.
Someone playing cards in a dream brings the weight of others into your risk, for it shows that your fortune is being decided by hands you cannot command. You find yourself, child, in a position where the choices of your neighbors or your family will change the direction of your own luck.
Shuffling cards in a dream shows that the order you once knew is being broken apart. This movement means that the very ground you stand on is being stirred, leaving you to face a period where nothing is settled and no path is certain.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
