Efua NyansaGetting shot in the head means a sudden blow to your standing and the way you lead your own life. This kind of dream shows how an unexpected strike can shake the very center of your pride and your place among your people. When a person is struck in the seat of their honor, it is as if the world has suddenly pulled the ground from beneath their feet.
We see that such a sharp wound often comes from a place of malice that you did not see coming, and it can leave you feeling as though your strength is leaking away like water from a cracked jar. This strike can make you feel small or disconnected from the respect you have earned. Yet, there is a way of standing that remains even when the mind is clouded by shock. If you find that you are still upright after such a blow, it shows a capacity to absorb the heaviest of hits without losing your footing. You hold this weight within you, child, and it is what keeps the roof over your head. May your kin find their way by the light of your presence.
Surviving the strike of getting shot in the head reveals a deep endurance that the dream brings to light. Because you do not fall after the impact, it shows that the shock has failed to break your will or your sense of self.
Being shot in the back of the head shifts the meaning toward a betrayal of the things that usually hold you up. This detail shows that the wound to your honor comes from a source of support that has abandoned its duty to you.
Almost getting shot in the head offers a different verdict because the danger does not land. This dream signifies a narrow escape from a crisis that would have otherwise shaken your authority.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
