Efua NyansaFootprints show you the path that others have walked before you. When you seek to follow a way of living or a piece of news, you are looking for the mark left by those who moved through the world before your arrival.
Those who watch for these signs often find themselves walking in the wake of a custom or a story that has already been told. If you follow a way of life that is settled and true, you find your place among your people. Walking where your fathers walked means you are never truly alone in the house. But a dream of footprints can also reveal a way that leads to a loss of direction. When the way is no longer visible, the connection to what came before is broken.
The heavy side is the silence of a trail that has gone cold, leaving you to stand where the ground is empty.
The strength of your lineage remains a light for your feet, child. May you always find the way back to the hearth of your kin.
Bloody footprints change the meaning of the dream from following a path to being marked by a struggle or a hurt that has been passed down. This sight means the example you are following is one of pain, which turns the guidance of the dream into a warning of what is being inherited.
Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
