Efua NyansaEating a banana means sweetness finds you through what is easily gathered. This dream points to a way of receiving what you need without a long struggle or a heavy burden. We see that when a person takes what is offered by the earth or by luck, they find a quick way to mend their strength.
The way you receive this ease determines how it settles in your household. If you take what is ready, you find a grace that sustains you and those you sit with. But if you reach for what is not yet ready, you find only a hardness that does not nourish. A person who tries to force a gain before its time often finds their teeth aching and their efforts wasted. May the sweetness you find be enough to feed your spirit and the spirits of all who dwell near you.
Sharing a banana with someone turns this simple sweetness into an act of grace that reaches beyond you. When you eat with another, the ease you find becomes a gift for the whole circle, and the provision grows as it is divided.
Eating an unripe banana changes the meaning of the dream by showing a pursuit that is too hurried. You are reaching for a benefit that has not yet matured, and this haste brings a bitter taste to what should be a simple blessing.
Yellow bananas and sweet bananas show you a gain that is pleasant and arrives exactly when it is meant to be. This dream tells you that what you are receiving is soft and ready for your life, child, and it brings a comfort that requires no labor to enjoy.
A rotten banana reveals that what seemed like a sudden windfall has turned to disappointment. You find that what you thought would nourish you has spoiled, leaving you with nothing to hold and a hunger that remains.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
