Efua NyansaDrinking ice water brings a sudden sharpness to the spirit that cools the heat of old grievances. The elders say that when a person meets a truth this sharp, the fever of the mind finally breaks. When people seek to quench a thirst that has burned for too long, they often find that the remedy is as startling as it is necessary.
The way you receive this cooling comes from how you meet the truth of your own situation. Just as a traveler finds strength in a well when the sun is high, you find a way to face what is present without the fog of old emotions. We see that when a person accepts what is cold and clear, the household finds a stillness that was missing. A sudden hardship may cloud the way forward, but the strength of the spirit remains. May the clarity you find bring peace to your hearth and all who sit beside you.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
