Efua NyansaCosmetics in a dream reveal where the mask you wear for the world has become too heavy for the person you are at home. When a person seeks to change their face to please the eye of a neighbor, they often lose the sight of their own true character. This way of living is like a person who paints the walls of a crumbling house to hide the cracks in the stone.
We have seen that those who rely on what is seen rather than what is true find that their connections with their kin grow thin and brittle. A house built on such a surface cannot hold the warmth of a shared meal or the weight of a heavy truth. You may find that the people you love are looking for the soul you have hidden behind these colors, child. It is a hard thing to be known when you are only showing what is polished.
The truth of who you are remains even when the paint is stripped away. May your hearth be warmed by the light of what is real.
Buying cosmetics in a dream shows a person who is actively seeking to purchase a new way of being seen by others. This movement toward a life of shadows means you are working to cover a part of yourself that you fear is not enough.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
