Efua NyansaCigars are what people use when they wish to appear taller and more serious than they feel. This dream shows how you carry a certain image to command the respect of those in your circle.
When we try to appear more significant than we are, we often build a wall between ourselves and our own kin. We find that this performance of importance pulls us away from the simple warmth of the hearth and the honest talk of the courtyard. Such a posture is a heavy thing to maintain, and it can leave you standing alone even in a crowded room. This dream tells us that your presence is already enough for those who truly belong to you. May your house always be a place where you can lay down your pride and be seen. An elder might sit by the fire and watch the smoke rise, knowing that true weight comes from what is held in the heart rather than what is shown to the world.
In the dream of smoking a cigar, you are chasing a glory that vanishes as quickly as a breath in the wind. This shows how you grasp at an importance that will not stay to settle into your bones or nourish your people.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
