Efua NyansaChasing a cat means you are pursuing a deceit that does not wish to be found. We have seen that when a person hunts for what is hidden or untrue, they exhaust themselves by following a path that leads only to shadows. This way of acting draws you away from the firm soil where your people stand and toward a chase that leaves you empty-handed.
You find that this dream of chasing a cat brings a restlessness to your spirit. It is a movement that keeps you from the stillness required to see who truly stands beside you. If you continue to seek out what is evasive, you may find yourself losing the rhythm of the people you belong to. A person who spends their strength on a phantom often finds that the truth they were looking for has already passed them by. The weight of this pursuit is a fatigue that settles in the bones. May you find the peace of a clear path and the joy of those who walk beside you with open hearts.
The blackness of the color makes the reckoning feel heavy and certain, as though the small trickery you once ignored has grown into a shadow that no running can leave behind.
Chasing a black cat shows that you are hunting a lie that has gone deep into the dark. This dream tells you that the deceit you follow is not a light thing, but a shadow that has made itself at home in the hidden places of your life.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
