Efua NyansaCatching squid means you are reaching for something that hides its true shape beneath a surface of shadows. When you try to grasp what is not clearly seen, you find only a struggle with things that slip through your fingers or pull you into deeper, darker waters.
This dream shows how we often mistake a sudden movement for a solid thing, only to realize the intent behind it is as shifting as the tide. We see this when people in a household act with hidden motives, grasping at what they want without showing their hands. Such ways of behaving lead to a house where no one can truly lean on another, because the ground of trust is constantly being pulled away. You may find that the things you pursue in this way leave you feeling untethered and alone. It is a heavy thing to live among those who do not show their faces.
The truth of the matter is that clarity is the only way to build a firm foundation for those you love. May you find the light that makes every hand visible and every heart known to its neighbors.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
