Efua NyansaA squid appears in a dream when the intentions of those around you are no longer clear. We see this when the water of a relationship or a house becomes murky, making it hard to know where a person stands or what they truly seek.
When people act with hidden motives, the trust that holds a household together begins to fray. You may find that what was once certain is now obscured by a sudden, grasping uncertainty. This shadow of doubt can make it difficult to find your footing among your kin, child, as the way forward is lost to a sudden clouding of the path. A heavy silence often sits where there was once shared understanding.
The truth stays under the silt, and it will show itself once the waters go still. May the light find its way to your door through the stillness.
A big squid in a dream intensifies the sense of being overwhelmed by a threat that is hard to grasp. The scale of the danger feels larger than your ability to face it, making the confusion of the situation feel even more pressing.
Whether you are catching squid or eating squid in a dream, you are trying to grasp or swallow a truth that is intentionally veiled. Such an effort to hold onto what is meant to stay hidden only brings more unrest to your life, for you cannot truly master a thing that refuses to show its face.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
