Dream about being questioned

Being questioned in a dream means that the way you walk among your people is being weighed. It is the testing of the account you give for your life and the choices you have made when others were not looking. When we hold ourselves to a standard, the truth of that standard eventually meets the scrutiny of the community.

This dream points to a moment where your standing in the household is being measured by the weight of your words and the consistency of your steps. If you have lived with an open heart, the scrutiny only serves to settle the dust around you. For those who have kept secrets, the dream shows a hardening of the ground where shadows once hid. We see that the strength of a person is found in the ability to stand before the eyes of the elders without turning away. May the truth you hold make your place at the table firm and your children sleep without worry.

The dream of being interrogated carries a sharper edge because it involves a stern weighing of your ways. This pressure comes when the community seeks to see if your character can withstand a storm of scrutiny. It is a heavy thing to feel the eyes of others searching for a crack in your resolve, child.

When you find yourself being investigated in a dream, the focus shifts to the actual traces you have left behind in your dealings. The dream looks past your spoken words to the footprints your hands have left in the world. This shows that the deeds you have done are being collected to see if they follow the way of your people.
