Efua NyansaAttending an interview means you are standing before a reckoning of how you have lived and how you have stood among your own. This dream shows that your deeds and your place in the circle of your people are being weighed. When we look at the way we have treated our neighbors and how we have carried our duties, we find the ground upon which this dream rests.
The way you have walked your path determines how you are seen when this scrutiny arrives. If your hands have done honest work and your word has stayed true, the weight of this moment is light. However, those who have turned away from their kin or neglected their word find that this dream brings a stern accounting of what has been lost. Such a reckoning is a heavy thing, and it sits in the room like a cold wind. May the truth of your life bring peace to your house and strength to your hands.
Passing an interview changes the weight of the dream into a verdict of acceptance. When you succeed in this trial, it means your place in the gathering is confirmed and your standing is made firm among those you belong to, child.
Being called for an interview or going for an interview means the time for your assessment has been set by others. You find yourself moving toward a moment where your standing is no longer in your own hands, but is being decided by the eyes of the community.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
