Efua NyansaA theater in a dream marks the way you are presenting yourself to the world. It is a sign that you are living through a visible display, choosing how you wish to be seen rather than simply being.
When you spend your days acting for the eyes of the village, the real person you are begins to fade like a shadow at noon. This way of behaving creates a distance between you and those who should know you best, as if you are always standing behind a curtain. You may find that the masks you wear to please the neighbors make it hard for your own kin to find the person they love. The weight of this pretense is a heavy burden that leaves the soul feeling thin and unseen. Even so, the truth is already resting within you, waiting for the show to end. May your hearth be warmed by the light of what is real.
A play in a dream reveals the truth that was hidden behind the masks. When the performance is finished, the things you have tried to hide are finally brought into the light, and this brings a clarity that the display could not provide.
Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
