Efua NyansaAn unexpected welcome is the heart of seeing a pineapple in a dream. This symbol shows how a person meets what is offered to them by others, often when they do not look for it. When we open our doors to what is given, we find that the joy of the guest becomes the joy of the whole house.
This kind of hospitality is a gift that flows between neighbors and kin, and it settles the spirit of the gathering. You find that being ready to receive what is brought to your table brings a warmth to your people. There is a risk that a gift is not handled with the care it deserves, and a poorly received offering leaves a bitterness in the mouth of the giver. A man who sits with his family, breaking bread in the light of the courtyard, knows that the sweetness of the welcome belongs to everyone. May your openness bring a sweetness to all who sit with you.
The way you reach for what is offered changes the nature of the arrival. When you are cutting a pineapple, harvesting pineapple, or growing a pineapple, you are the one who prepares the ground for the meeting. These dreams show that the welcome is not a thing that simply happens to you, but something you help to bring into being through your own labor and care.
When you are buying a pineapple, the dream shows that you are actively seeking out a way to be kind. You take the step to find the sweetness yourself so that it may be brought to the table of others.
A ripe pineapple in a dream makes the welcome certain and bright. Because the fruit is ready, the hospitality is found to be effortless and kind, as if the goodness was always meant to be shared.
The act of eating a pineapple means the welcome has been fully accepted and becomes part of you. It is the moment where the gift and the receiver are no longer separate, and the sweetness is shared by all.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
