Efua NyansaA flying umbrella means you are seeking a refuge that is no longer anchored to the earth. This dream shows how you try to carry your own protection while the winds of change pull you away from the stability of the home and the people who stand upon it.
When people try to find shelter in things that cannot stay still, they often find themselves drifting apart from those they should be guarding. You might feel that your means of staying safe are actually what isolate you, child, pulling you into a space where the hands of your kin cannot reach you. This dream carries the weight of a person who is becoming untethered by the very thing they thought would keep them dry.
The strength of your household remains even when the air grows restless. May you find a way to hold fast to the ground while the sky moves around you.
Flying with an umbrella shows that your attempt to secure yourself is what causes your separation from the group. Because you rely on a shield that takes to the air, you lose the ability to walk beside your neighbors on the solid path.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
