Efua NyansaA fish tank shows how you hold what is necessary for your life within walls you have built yourself. This dream speaks of a way of living where everything is kept close and under your hand, yet this closeness limits the reach of your spirit. When we try to manage every small need, we often find ourselves living in a space that is safe but small.
The fences you set up to keep your world from shaking also keep the air from coming in. You may find that your strength is spent on maintaining these small boundaries rather than on growing. There is a weight in keeping everything so tightly gathered, a pressure that comes from being the sole provider for a life that cannot move beyond your sight. If you stay too long in this smallness, you might forget the rhythm of the open water. May your household find a way to breathe deeply and grow without fear of the tide.
A dirty fish tank shows that the small troubles of your house are making it hard to find rest. When the water is not clear, it shows that the small things you manage have become a source of heaviness rather than a source of rest.
Seeing an aquarium or a big fish aquarium means your daily needs are met with a stillness that does not shake. This way of living brings a comfort to your bread, as if the walls around your needs are well-placed and sufficient.
When you are buying a fish tank, you are choosing to take on a new way of managing your life. This dream shows you are reaching for a way to keep your world close and under your command.
A broken fish tank signals a sudden loss that breaks the order you have worked to maintain. This dream shows that when the boundaries of your security shatter, the life they were meant to hold is left exposed and vulnerable.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
