Efua NyansaVomiting stones means that what was held inside as a hard weight is finally being released from your being. This dream shows the movement of things that were too rigid to be swallowed but too heavy to be forgotten, coming back into the light of the day.
When we try to carry what is not ours or what is too sharp for our spirit, we find ourselves choked by the very things we thought we could manage. This way of holding on leads to a sickness of the soul that can only be settled when the body rejects the burden. You are seeing the end of a long struggle to keep what was meant to be cast away, child, and this release brings a clearing to your house. The heavy things that once blocked your breath are now being expelled, and your people will find you lighter for it. May your throat find peace and your hearth find stillness.
Coughing up stones shows that the clearing of these weights comes through a slow and heavy labor. It is a hard work of the breath that pulls the sharpness out of you bit by bit.
Spitting out stones or throwing up stones tells of a sudden and violent rejection of the weight. You push the hardness away from your mouth with a force that leaves nothing behind.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
