Efua NyansaUsing an umbrella in a dream means you are seeking a way to shield yourself from the pressures that fall upon your house. This happens when the talk of the village or the sudden troubles of the season make you pull your cloak tight to find a place for your own thoughts. When you reach for such a covering, you are trying to create a boundary that the world cannot easily cross.
This search for a private place can sometimes leave you distant from those who stand beside you in the rain. A person who stays too long under their own protection may find the shared warmth of the hearth feels far away. There is a risk that the very thing meant to keep you dry also keeps you from the touch of your kin, child. A house stays strong when the people within it lean together under one roof. May your need for rest always lead you back to the strength of those you love.
Holding an umbrella in a dream shows that the refuge you seek is something you must actively maintain with your own hands. You find your peace only by keeping your arm raised and your eyes on the sky.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
