Efua NyansaThrowing up glass marks the moment when the things you have swallowed must be returned to the light. This dream shows that the sharp, hidden words you have kept within yourself are finally being cast out.
When we hold back what is true to keep the peace, we only invite a slow wounding of our own spirit. You are finding the strength to purge these jagged pieces, and this release brings a clearing of the air for you and those who share your table. It is a hard thing to rid the mouth of such things, child, but the swallowing is over. May your voice find its way back to a place of smoothness and grace.
Vomiting glass or coughing up glass shows that the removal of these sharp truths is a violent and difficult struggle for your body. This intensity means the release is not a choice you make lightly, but a necessity that demands your full strength to endure.
Spitting out broken glass adds the weight of a quarrel to this dream. It means the words you are casting out are the remnants of a sharp disagreement that has left a bitter taste in your mouth.
Spitting out glass reveals that the delivery of these truths is coming to you safely. This detail shows that even though the process is unsettling, you are managing to rid yourself of the harm without further injury to your own house.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
