Efua NyansaThe ground opening up is a sign that the worldly foundations you have relied upon are no longer holding. When the things we believe to be certain begin to shift, the way we stand among our kin and neighbors is shaken.
This dream shows that a way of living has reached its limit. We see that those who build their lives on what they cannot change find themselves without a place to rest. There is a weight that comes when the stability of the home and the hearth is lost, and you may feel the pressure of a world that offers no footing. Even so, this moment of loss is what allows for a new way of being receptive to what is true. May your house find a new way to stand on what is lasting.
The ground cracking suggests that the instability you feel is beginning to show its first signs. This small break in what was solid means the change is already working its way into your daily walk.
Being swallowed or buried by the earth carries a heavy sense of being trapped by forces that will not listen to your voice. This dream shows how helplessness can overtake a person when the very things that should support them become a weight that stifles the breath.
When the earth gives way or you find yourself descending into it, the dream shows that the pillars you leaned upon have vanished. This sudden absence of what was once firm means the old way of being is gone, and you must now learn to find your footing in a different way.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
