Efua NyansaSwapping bodies in a dream means you are trying to walk in the skin of another, losing the familiar rhythm of your own step to see how a different person stands. This shifting of your earthly condition shows that the way you hold yourself is currently being shaped by the burdens or the graces of those you live beside.
When we take on the weight of another, we often find that our own strength is not as solitary as we believed. You may be feeling the pull of a neighbor’s struggle or the lightness of a kin’s joy as if it were your own, and this dream reveals how much of your spirit is tied to the people around you. This movement can leave you feeling untethered from your own needs, child, because you are busy navigating a life that is not yours to carry. Yet, this closeness brings a shared understanding to the house, where the joy of one becomes the strength of all. May you find your own footing even while you walk in the paths of others.
Being in someone else’s body in a dream adds the weight of a stranger’s life to this shifting, which means you are trying to understand a perspective that has no roots in your own history. This dream shows you wandering through a life where you do not know the way or the names of the trees.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
