Efua NyansaSmelling fire means you are catching the scent of something that is already approaching. This dream points to a heat that is felt before it is seen, an arrival of something that tests the strength of what you have built.
We know from the ways of the elders that when a scent reaches you before the flame, it is a sign of a trial that demands your attention. Such a dream names a stirring of the spirit or a sudden unrest in the household that cannot be ignored. It is the way a storm is known by the change in the wind. This trial can be a sharp sharpening of your own heart, or it can be the shadow of a calamity that threatens the things you hold dear. May the peace of your ancestors guard your hearth and your kin.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
