Efua NyansaRotten wood in a dream shows where the foundations of a house or a kinship are no longer sound. When people build their lives upon what has decayed, they find that the structures they rely on cannot hold the weight of the seasons. This way of living comes from a refusal to see what is crumbling beneath the surface, a tendency to patch over a sickness rather than clearing it away.
We see this in the way a family might cling to old grievances or false pretenses to keep a peace that is already hollow. Such a path leads to a sudden collapse when the pressure of truth becomes too heavy for the weakened timber to bear. You may feel the instability in your own spirit, child, as the things you thought were solid begin to give way. The rot is present in the ways you choose to ignore what is failing.
The strength of those who surround you is found in what is honest and whole. May your path be cleared of what is broken so that you may build upon what is true.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
