Efua NyansaPlastic surgery means you are attempting to change the face you show to the world. This dream shows a desire to hide what is seen or to present a version of yourself that fits the expectations of the household and the neighbors. When people try to reshape their standing by masking their true nature, they often find that the foundation of their character becomes harder to hold.
You might find that the mask you wear begins to feel like a stranger to the ones who truly know you. This effort to alter your public standing can distance you from the people who offer you the most warmth. A heavy shame settles upon those who find that the new face does not fit the soul. To live behind a mask is to sit at a feast and feel the coldness of being unknown. May your true name always be spoken with love by those who sit beside you.
When a botched plastic surgery or bad plastic surgery occurs, regret settles over you like a heavy shroud. You find that the mask you tried to shape has only left you more broken in the eyes of your own.
The nose job in your dream shifts the focus to how your pride is handled. This dream suggests that a change in your standing is being sought through a specific adjustment of how you are perceived. It carries a different weight because it speaks to the sharpness of your ambition.
Getting plastic surgery adds the movement of the act to the meaning. It shows that you are currently in the process of trying to manage how others view your faults. This active striving tells us that the tension between who you are and who you wish to be is happening right now.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
