Efua NyansaNeeding to poop is a sign that you are standing at the threshold of a necessary release. This dream shows how the weight you carry is finally reaching a point where it must be surrendered to the earth.
When we hold onto what we no longer require, we find ourselves heavy and slow in our walk among our kin. This dream marks the moment when the body and the spirit seek to cast off the old to make room for the new. It is a process of clearing the path so that you may move with more lightness among those you love. When you cast out what is finished, the whole household breathes more easily because you are no longer bent by what is dead. The strength of the family grows when you walk without this heaviness. May your path be cleared and your spirit find its lightness.
The way the dream presents an urge, a want, or a necessity to poop tells us that the timing of this release is already pressing upon your life. This urgency means the time has come to unburden yourself and move toward a state of being unencumbered.
A dream of having to poop in public means you feel exposed, as if the people around you are watching you through a moment that should be your own. This makes the act of surrendering what is old feel uncertain, for you fear your neighbors will witness the way you must empty yourself.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
