Efua NyansaLemons appear in a dream when the weight of old grievances begins to press against the spirit. These small, sharp things gather in the heart like fruit in a storehouse, representing the many small hurts that have been kept rather than cleared away.
When we hold onto these grievances, we find that they change the way we walk among our kin and neighbors. A person who carries too many of these burdens often finds that their words turn sharp and their patience wears thin. We have seen that those who let the grievances pile up until they are heavy often lose the sweetness of their shared meals. This accumulation of bitterness is a sign that the soul is crowded with things that should have been said or settled long ago. The weight of these old hurts sits in the present as a shadow over your peace.
The clearing of these old debts brings a lightness to the whole house. May you find the strength to set down what is bitter so that you may walk easily among those you love.
To be eating a lemon means you are forced to endure the harshness of what you have held onto. This dream shows that the grievances you carry are no longer just a weight, but have become a hard reality that you must now swallow and endure.
The moment you are picking lemons or squeezing lemons in a dream, you are meeting a truth that cannot be ignored. This action brings a sting that forces you to see things as they truly are, stripping away the comfort of what you wished to believe.
The act of buying lemons means you are choosing to take on new grievances. By seeking these out, you are inviting more sharp truths and old hurts into your life, which only adds to the heaviness of the household.
The state of the fruit tells you how much the burden has aged. A ripe lemon or even a green lemon suggests that the grievances are still fresh and potent, ready to sting the heart with their immediate sharpness.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
