Efua NyansaKites are the thin cords that bind a great longing to the earth and the people who ground you. When a dream shows this, it speaks to how you manage your reach for what is above and what is near. Those who keep a hand firm on the line find that their height does not pull them away from the courtyard where they live.
The way you carry your highest aims determines if they lift the whole house or if they pull too hard against the roots. A life lived with this balance allows a person to touch the sky without losing the path under their feet. There is a risk of a sudden break if the tension becomes a struggle against the wind. May your grip be firm and your heart be light as you rise.
To see a kite flying in a dream is to see how you are tending to your hopes with a careful hand. It is not enough to merely have a wish, for you must also hold the cord that keeps it from wandering. You are learning to navigate the winds of change while keeping your direction true, child.
Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
