Efua NyansaHiding a secret in a dream names the way we guard what is not yet ready for the light of the village. This way of holding things close often starts with a desire to protect the peace of the household from the storms of talk. When you carry a weight that no one else can see, you are choosing to walk a path of quietness that separates your heart from the shared breath of those you love.
A dream of hiding a secret shows how the things we keep behind closed doors shape the way we stand among our neighbors. We have seen that when people hold onto truths to keep the peace, the silence itself becomes a wall that even the kindest can feel. This stillness can make the air between kin feel heavy and strange. When a secret is found out in a dream, it can stir up an argument among those who sit at the same table, for the truth often arrives with a heat that changes everything. May the things you hold allow your house to rest in a true and open peace.
Someone keeping a secret in a dream adds the weight of a single person’s choice to the silence. This action shows that the burden of what is unsaid rests entirely on your own shoulders, making the dream a matter of your own personal endurance.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
