Efua NyansaEating mold means that you are letting the gifts of your life turn to dust through a lack of care. When we neglect the things that sustain us, we begin to consume the very decay that comes from our own stillness. This dream shows how a way of living that ignores the small duties of the day eventually poisons the spirit.
We see this in the way a house falls into ruin when the windows are left unwashed and the hearth is left cold. When you allow things to sit too long without your hand upon them, you end up swallowing what should have been nourishment. This neglect reaches out from you to the people you live with, for a slow rot in one corner eventually touches the whole table. You might find that the things you once relied upon for strength now bring only a heaviness to your heart, child. The bitterness of what is lost stays with you when the time for tending has passed.
There is a way to pull the old growth away and find the strength that remains underneath. May your hands find the work that keeps your house bright and your bread sweet.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
