Efua NyansaDead leaves mark the turning of a season in your life. This dream shows that the things which once gave you shade and shelter are now being let go so that something new might eventually take their place.
We see this when people cling to what has already finished its work, trying to hold onto the strength of a summer that has passed. When you try to keep what is meant to be shed, you only weigh yourself down with what is brittle and spent. This dream arrives to show that letting go is how the household finds its breath again, child, for the ground must be cleared before the new growth can come. The weight of what is gone is felt in the stillness of the house. The earth takes what falls without a struggle. The soil drinks what is lost and makes it part of its own. The ground pulls these old things down into the dark to feed what is to come. May your path be made clear by the shedding of what is old.
Dry leaves change the meaning of the dream by showing that the time for holding on has already reached its end. Because these things are brittle and have lost their moisture, the dream warns that attempting to preserve the past will only result in things breaking apart in your hands.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
