There was someone with me and I said, “Now this one hurts a little.” All over my body there were small patches of skin that I had removed, and I was aware that none of those had hurt. But this time was different.
Currently I am experiencing profound spiritual growth. I have embarked on doing shadow work, met and made peace with my ego, and am making peace with situations and people from my past.
