Efua NyansaChoking on plastic means you are taking in things that have no substance or truth. When you try to swallow what is hollow, it offers no nourishment to your spirit and only creates a struggle for your breath. This dream shows how a way of speaking or a way of living that relies on what is cheap and false makes it hard to find a true voice.
We see this when people trade their real words for what is easy or what brings a quick, shallow gain. Such a path among kin and neighbors leads to a tightness in the chest because there is nothing solid to hold onto. There is a heaviness when the things you rely on cannot sustain you, child.
The strength you carry is enough to feed the hearth of your whole house. May your words always find a solid ground to rest upon.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
