Efua NyansaCave diving means you are moving through a time of hiding where the way is not visible. This dream shows a time when you have stepped away from the noise of the household to face the currents that run beneath your surface. We know that when a person goes into the dark earth to find what is lost, they are often wading through the feelings they have kept from others.
The movement in this dream is a crossing of waters that shift beneath you. It is a journey through the depths of what you feel, where the way forward requires you to trust the rhythm of your own breath. You are moving through a test of your soul that asks for a stillness of mind. When you move through these heavy waters, child, you find that the depth is where the truth of your belonging is tested. There is a risk of being overwhelmed by the weight of what is unsaid. Still, the rest found in the shadows is already yours to hold. May your footing be sure in the deep places.
Swimming in a cave makes the dream a test of how you weather the surges of your own feelings. The effort required to move through such a space shows that you are currently wrestling with the heavy tides of your inner life.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
