Efua NyansaCatching termites means that a slow rot is eating through the things you hold dear. This dream shows how small, unseen troubles can hollow out the bonds between people when they are not tended to. We have seen how a household can seem sturdy on the outside while the very things that support it are being eaten away from within.
When you let these small neglects go unnoted, you find that the strength of your family is being worn away from the inside. The damage is often done in the places where no one thinks to look, leaving a hollow space where there used to be solid ground. This decay is a heavy thing, for it works in the dark and leaves the structure weakened before anyone realizes the danger. Yet, if you see the movement now, there is a chance to mend what is being lost. May your home be held fast by the truth of what is seen and what is cared for.
Picking and collecting termites in a dream shows that you are reaching out to touch the very things that are eating away at your peace. You are pulling the small thieves out from the shadows and making their work visible to your eyes. This action brings the truth of the damage into the light, child, so that the ruin is no longer a secret.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
