Efua NyansaCatching a bat means you are grasping at a truth that remains obscured from your sight. This dream shows a way of behaving where you reach for what is moving in the shadows, yet you do not truly see the nature of what you hold. When a person tries to seize what is hidden, they often find that the very thing they seek to master is what leads them into error.
We have seen that those who chase what they cannot clearly perceive often find themselves walking a path where the ground is no longer certain. This way of acting brings a fog to the household, as the blindness to what is real prevents the people from standing together in clarity. Such a dream is not a good sign for the decisions you make among your kin, for it marks a moment where you are acting on what is felt rather than what is known. The danger lies in the fact that what you think you have captured is a thing that leaves you in the dark. May your eyes be opened to the light that rests in the center of your home.
Holding a bat changes the verdict because the movement has stopped, leaving you with a weight that you cannot yet identify. You hold a threat that has ceased its flight and now rests heavy in your grip.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
