Efua NyansaBuying high heel shoes means you are seeking a way to change how the world sees you. This dream points to a desire to stand taller or to move through your community with a borrowed kind of importance. When we try to purchase a new way of appearing, we are often looking for a way to command the respect that we feel is currently out of reach.
We see this when people try to walk a path that does not fit their own stride, choosing instead a manner of being that belongs to a different house. This hunt for a new face can lead you to step off the earth where your people stand. There is a risk of finding that the height you seek creates a distance between you and your own kin. If the image is not yours, the weight of it can make the walk through your own courtyard feel heavy and strange.
The honor you seek is already held by your people, and they see the person you are without the need for such display. May you find the grace to walk in your own skin among those who love you.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
