Efua NyansaBuying birds in a dream means you are seeking a way to lift your standing among those you belong to. This movement toward higher things often begins with the way you handle the news that enters your house. When we reach for something to bring into our circle, we are reaching for the way we will be spoken of by our neighbors and our kin.
Such an effort to acquire a new status can sometimes lead to a narrowing of the spirit. If you seek to hold what should be free, you may find that the very thing you brought home to elevate you ends up weighing down the peace of your hearth. It is a heavy thing, child, to try to own the wind.
The news you bring home is a light thing that clears the air for everyone. May the words you gather bring honor to your name and joy to your people.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
