Efua NyansaBuilding a road is what you are doing when you shape the way your life is meant to go. You are the one laying the stones and clearing the brush to decide where your feet will land. Such a dream speaks to the way a person lays down the groundwork for what is to come, deciding where the feet of their kin will tread in the seasons ahead.
When you take this work upon yourself, you are deciding the direction of your purpose. This is a labor that involves choosing which ground is firm enough to hold a life and which parts must be cleared away. It is a way of behaving that looks toward the horizon and prepares the way for the household to move forward together. The path you prepare is the truth of your own movement. May your hands find the stone that holds fast, and may the way you make be wide enough for all who follow you.
By fixing a road or making a road, you are actively mending the broken paths of your daily existence. This work keeps the feet of your family from stumbling and makes the walk less heavy for those who follow your lead.
A dream of road construction means that the movement of your life has met a necessary pause. This delay is not a failure of your will, but a time when the old ways must be reformed so that the new way does not crumble under the weight of the people.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
