Efua NyansaBeing chased in a house means you are trying to outrun a truth that has already entered your own life. This dream shows how we move through the rooms of our own existence to avoid a presence that we cannot leave behind.
When we run through the places where we live and sleep, we are often fleeing the very things that define our security. We believe that by moving quickly from one corner to another, we can keep a reckoning at a distance, but the walls only serve to hem us in. We find that the more we flee, the more we realize that the thing pursuing us is a part of the ground we stand on. This dream marks a moment where the order of your life is being met by something it can no longer ignore. A reckoning is already at your door, child, and it seeks the stillness you have avoided. May your household find the peace that comes when the running finally stops.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
