Efua NyansaBeing a cannibal in a dream marks a season where you are consuming the very things that sustain your own people. This way of behaving is seen when a person seeks to rise by taking from those who stand beside them, turning the shared strength of the household into a private gain. Such a hunger for advantage among kin or neighbors has always been known to leave the circle broken and the foundation of the home weakened.
When you turn your needs into a struggle against those you belong to, you find that there is nothing left to nourish the whole. This rivalry eats away at the trust that holds your kin together, leaving only a hollow space where a community once stood. It is a heavy thing to realize that your own progress comes at the cost of the others’ well-being, child. The peace of your hearth is diminished when the hands that should feed the many are only seeking to feed themselves. May your hunger be met by the abundance of the earth and the kindness of your neighbors.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
