Efua NyansaAn attic carries the weight of what has been left behind and forgotten. This dream shows us the things we have set aside and the old stories that sit gathering dust in the dark.
When we tuck things away to keep them from the light, we often find that these things grow heavy in their stillness. To keep oneself from being seen is a way of protecting what is held, but it also means that the past remains a closed room that no one can walk through. This way of living keeps the secrets of a household safe, but it also keeps the people within it from truly knowing one another. If you are carrying these old weights, child, you are not alone in the shadows. The peace of the house is found when the old things are no longer hidden. May your home be filled with a light that reaches every corner.
The presence of someone else living in the attic changes the dream from a matter of memory to a matter of current presence. It shows that an old part of your story has taken on its own life, acting as a guest that refuses to be ignored by your kin.
A haunted attic brings a shadow of trouble to the things you have left behind. The things that were never spoken or the debts that were never settled do not sleep, but move in a way that breaks the stillness of your days.
Hiding in an attic is a dream where the act of staying out of sight becomes the central weight. This shows that the desire to avoid being known has become a way of life, creating a barrier between you and the people who would offer you shelter.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
