Efua NyansaA washing machine means the clearing of household shame and the settling of accounts. When you seek to wash away the things that have been whispered about in the courtyard, you are attempting to restore the balance of your name among your neighbors. This dream shows how the ways of the house are being made right, as the old stains of the past are pulled into the light to be scrubbed clean.
The way you handle what has been uncovered determines how the household finds its footing again. If the cleaning is done with care, the peace of the family is restored through the honest facing of what was hidden. A heavy weight remains if the old faults are not fully addressed, for an unsettled account is a shadow that follows the threshold. You find that the dignity of your kin is being mended, child, as the water works to make everything clear. May your house find its stillness once the work is done.
An a washing machine flooding means your heart is overflowing beyond the boundaries you have set for it. This sudden rush of feeling makes the settling of accounts much harder, because the very thing meant to clear the shame has instead overwhelmed the room.
When you see a broken washing machine, it means a fault is lingering and refuses to be resolved. The work of clearing the household name has stalled, leaving the old stains to remain exactly where they fell.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
